About this event

We are living in the age of creativity.

This is a process, an action of all imaginative ideas what we, people, have accumulated over the years just by being present and alive and awake to the world, we try to turn into reality and to combine them in extraordinary new ways. However, if you just have ideas and don't act on them, you stay as only imaginative but not creative.

At this year’s conference, we have set in motion unimaginable possibilities to co-discover answers to questions about what is creativity, why is it a crucial factor for business success, how to unlock the ability to tap into human ‘inner’ pool of resources – knowledge, insight, information, inspiration and all the fragments inhabiting our minds.

On 24 September 2022 we will activate the ideas, which are stimulating, thought-provoking, and uplifting – from paradoxes of leadership to creative contemporary art, from art-driven innovation to design thinking, through the organization operations lenze of technology scale up and Lithuanian unicorn to unsettling, but intriguing metaverse, NFT and WEB3 world.
